- Customer Service Associate (CSA): Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
- Probationary Officer (Generalist) Scale-I: Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
- Specialist Officer (Scale-I & II): Relevant degree (e.g., MBA, B.Tech, CA, LLB) with 50-60% marks and post-qualification experience for Scale-II.
